How to edit links?
On some sites, inline scripts can interfere with setting focus on elements in the visual editor if they are left clicked. For example, when trying to set focus, a pop-up window or some kind of animation appears, which eventually interferes with editing. In such cases, you can set the focus with the middle mouse button. Middle-clicking blocks all site events, which can be used to bypass such scripts.
How to recover a forgotten password?
You can restore access in case of password loss by reinstalling the system. To do this, you need to have access to the server. The password hash is stored in the conf.ini file. If you replace the system files with new ones from the archive, the password will be reset to the standard "admin". This procedure will not affect the operation of the site in any way.
Message "No permission to write to file" mean?
Some hosting providers limit scripts' permissions to write to a file by default. In this case, access rights must be configured manually through the hosting control panel or FTP client. Instructions for finding permissions can be found either online or in the help sections of your hosting provider's website.
Can multiple people edit the site?
Yes, if the site will be edited by several people, you can install a separate system for each. In this case, everyone will have separate settings, password, login page. There is also the possibility of differentiating rights between such users. The conf.ini file has an option allowed_ext that can list the file extensions that are allowed to be accessed from this system.
